






Rick Stiffney, President and CEO Rick serves as President and CEO of MHS Alliance. He consults widely with MHS Alliance members and other not-for-profit health and human service organizations, focusing on executive development, strategic planning, alliance formation and board development.
Mim Shirk, Vice President Mim is responsible for oversight and management of MHS Alliance activities, including development and delivery of consulting and member services, marketing, communication, member and client relations, and day to day operations of the Goshen office. Mim also provides direction for the Mennonite Health Assembly and serves on the board for the Center for Faith-Based Leadership.
Keith Stuckey, Vice President Keith provides consultation and services to MHS Alliance members, primarily in the eastern states. He leads the development of new ventures and supports current programs such as the Medical Expense Plan, Peace Church Purchasing Group and Peace Church Risk Retention Group. Keith also serves as President of the Anabaptist Providers Group, an alliance of 19 retirement communities in southeast Pennsylvania.
Tina Fraley, Manager of Accounting Services Tina oversees all aspects of accounting for MHS Alliance, including managing billing for consulting services and member fees. Tina also provides support to the Medical Expense Plan.
Tim Stair, Consulting Project Director Tim consults with not for profit organizations in the areas of market
feasibility analyses, marketing consultations, executive recruitment,
executive coaching and strategic planning.
Moniqua Acosta, Program & Member Services Manager Works with Vice President of Business Development in the delivery of services, primarily in consulting communications and tracking. Moniqua also serves as Program & Member Services Manager of the Anabaptist Providers Group, an alliance of 19 retirement communities in southeast Pennsylvania.
Nila App, Executive Assistant Nila manages the MHS Alliance office, providing clerical and technical support, as well as, coordinating meeting logistics and member service projects.
Emily Emrick, Administrative Assistant Emily serves as registrar for the Mennonite Health Assembly. Emily also coordinates print and web-based communication, handles main reception duties, and manages the data base.
