Full registration
$455 before January 26 and $555 after January 26
Includes worship, general sessions, governance session, workshops, breaks, Thursday reception, Friday breakfast, Friday networking luncheon, and Saturday brunch.

Spouse/Guest Registration
$195 before January 26 and $295 after January 26
Includes worship, plenary sessions, Thursday reception, Friday breakfast, Saturday brunch. Does not include workshops, governance session, breaks or Friday networking luncheon.

Presenter Registration
Presenters receive complimentary registration for the day of the presentation or a discounted full registration at $290 before January 26. No discount if registration not received by January 26.

Fourth full registration from the same organization
$360
Every 4th person to register from each organization receives a $95 discount. Registrants may claim only one discount, e.g., as a presenter or fourth member of an organization.

Daily Registrant includes all events that day:
Thursday, March 1 - $90
Friday, March 2 - $245
Friday, March 2 Governance/Nursing/Chaplains Track - $220
Saturday, March 3 - $220

Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:

All fees are 100 percent refundable, minus a $25 handling charge, if the MHS Alliance office receives a written refund request before 5 p.m. 60 days prior to the beginning of the program or event.

Fees are 50 percent refundable, minus a $50 handling charge, if the MHS Alliance office receives a written refund request before 5 p.m. 30 days prior to the beginning of the program or event.

No refunds will be made less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the program or event.

Substitutions may be accepted at the discretion of MHS Alliance.

Students - Regular Scholarship
$130 package includes registration, lodging (4/room) and meal tickets. For every five students, one faculty or staff member may register at the student rate.

Students - Expanded Scholarship
In addition to the regular scholarship package, the first 10 students to register from Mennonite, Mennonite Brethren and Brethren in Christ schools will receive a generous stipend for travel.
