in covenant relationships with founding denominations.

providers through affinity groups organized by profession
and established links among organizations serving seniors, persons with
developmental disabilities or those with behavioral/mental health needs.
- Use our best practice forums, recognition programs,
formal peer consultations and member salary surveys for new ideas, encouragement
and informal benchmarking.
- Find bottom line value through worker's compensation
and liability products (Anabaptist Association for Risk Management)
and self-funded employee health benefits. (Some senior service providers
also belong to our member-owned liability insurance company and our
purchasing program.)
- Access consulting services from an Anabaptist perspective
of Christian faith, including MHS Alliance's free biennial consultation.
- Link with valuable resources through formal channels
with organizations like Anabaptist Center for Health Care Ethics and
the Center for Faith-Based Leadership.

How to Become a Member of MHS Alliance
Membership in MHS Alliance is open to any health and human service provider
founded or affiliated in any way with the Mennonite Church USA, Mennonite
Brethren US or Brethren in Christ denominations.
Our president or vice president in charge of Member Services would welcome
the chance to explore membership with your board of directors and leadership
team. To become a member of MHS Alliance, organizations submit:
- a signed copy of the MHS Alliance Membership Covenant
- membership dues
