Institute for Anabaptist Leaders

Sponsored by MHS Alliance and other Mennonite organizations, the Institute for Anabaptist Leaders graduated its first class in May 2002. The Institute brings together business, church, organizational and conference leaders for a unique blend of input and reflections on leadership from an Anabaptist perspective.

Institute participants consider how their faith, values, ethics and talents impact their leadership. Session leaders have included:

• Rick Stiffney, president of MHS Alliance
• J. Nelson Kraybill, president of Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminaries
• Lee Schmucker, principal consultant with Schmucker Training and Consulting.
• Keith Harder, Mennonite Church USA Office of Ministerial Leadership
• Ben Sprunger, consultant and former president of Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA)
