If you’re excited by the idea of becoming a more effective leader – based not on a cookie-cutter approach, but on your unique gifts and strengths – the Values-Based Leadership Program is an excellent place to start.
What will you gain from the Values-Based Leadership Program? Let’s start with what you won’t get: rehashed strategies for climbing to the top of the hill. Instead, the Values-Based Leadership Program takes a different approach. One that is grounded in your faith, your core values, and your life experiences. You’ll not only strengthen your leadership skills, but also your ability to implement your values in the workplace. We’re more interested in teaching people to lead from a servant perspective than in helping them “make it to the top.”
The two-session format of the program gives you the opportunity to put into practice what you’ve learned from the first session. This allows you to further assess your strengths and weaknesses and “try out” new leadership skills. You’ll discover what works for your and what doesn’t – and bring your personal experiences, challenges and questions to the second session.
MHS Alliance co-sponsors the Values-Based Leadership Program with the following organizations through The Institute for Anabaptist Leaders:
