Whether for retirement or to move into another field of interest, leaving means bringing closure to a significant period of service with the organization.   • Executive Leadership Retreat for CEOs Age 55+:  Reflect with peers on issues related to transitioning from your current role or planning for retirement. Request dates of next scheduled retreat.
  • Short Term/Crisis Succession planning:  If the CEO is unexpectedly unavailable to serve, an established succession plan for short-term leadership will ensure that the organization moves forward in a positive way.
