Karen has more than 25 years of leadership experience in both senior living and in the acute care arenas. She has a track record for successfully leading organizations through transitions and campus re-positioning to achieve financial viability. Her capacity to be both visionary and "hands on" operationally when needed, along with effective communications skills, has resulted in her ability to recruit and develop strong senior leaders and provide both stability and new strategy to organizations.

As a Registered Nurse and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, she uses a faith-inspired approach to care giving throughout career in post-acute care industry continuum, with a passion to improve care and services to recipients and caregivers through usage of technology, clinical, and management expertise. She has held several executive level management positions from facility administrator to executive director, as well as executive level nursing positions. Most recently involved in development of software applications for post-acute marketplace.
