Wondering what others would do in your situation? A peer consultation is one way to find out.
Begin by identifying an area or issue to focus on. MHS staff assists you in focusing your interest, arranges for qualified consultation team members and coordinates the consultation.
A typical peer consultation involves document review, a one or two day site visit and a brief written report and recommendations.
The host organization pays expenses for travel, lodging and meals for the site visit. Consultation team members donate their time, making this an affordable way to gain new perspectives and build relationships with trusted peers.
