Health Care Director/Health Care Administrator
Sunnyside Village, Sarasota, FL

Reporting to the Executive Director, and a member of the Executive Team, the Health Services Director is responsible for the management and day to day administration of the 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, the 45-bed Assisted Living Facility, Rehabilitation Services, Dietary, Housekeeping and Laundry operations. Candidates must have strong communication skills along with exceptional knowledge of state and federal regulations. The successful candidate will also have previous experience with risk management, Medicare and Medicaid, and an excellent survey track record.

Qualified applicants must be a Florida Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (or eligible for licensure) with exceptional leadership and supervisory skills. Executive Director
No Longer Alone Ministries, Lancaster, PA

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) will have strategic and operational responsibility for NLAM's programs, staff, volunteers, and execution of it mission. The ED partners with the Board to establish strategic organizational goals and leads the organization in achieving such goals. The ED effectively communicates outcomes to the Board, funders, and other stake holders. The position requires a team player with strong interpersonal communication skills and an aptitude for sustaining positive relationships and motivating people. The successful candidate will demonstrate competence in building financial sustainability, development and marketing, and have program expertise related to mental health. A Bachelor's degree in a field related to NLAM's mission, with five years of related experience, is preferred. Knowledge of social services in Lancaster County will be an asset. The position is approximately 30 hours per week, with potential for full time as the organization grows.

Supportive Living Chaplain

This Full-time position is responsible for providing pastoral care, counseling, and worship leadership with primary assignment to residents of Complete Living Care and Assisted Living. Assists with crisis spiritual needs of VMRC residents in independent living.

Position Requirements: Models a Christian lifestyle. Licensed/ordained credentialing with a minimum of 3 years' experience in pastoral care, counseling, prayer, teaching, preaching, worship leading, and administration. Theological Education equivalent to 3 years of Seminary study and pastoral care with geriatric focus; Clinical Pastoral Education and/or graduate degree in behavioral health preferred.
